(Special Award Notes)

Instructions for use: Tally individual sheets on signed master sheet before returning individual sheets to Chapter books. Please circle the winner in both membership categories (7-24 and 25-50). In the case of a tie, judges have final decision.
2009-2010 Historian's Note: Appointed committees were to receive these from the Division President. Committees completed judging and issued awards under the President's guidance. No records were returned to Division Historian for Division files.
